Extend your Paper Roll Handling Possibilities

This application shows how XLF-550 load extending device can be used to extend the operation potential of a lift truck.

This combination, operating in Finland, consists of 180-degree rotating Bolzoni Auramo roll clamp, a tilting device, and a load extender.

It enables safe and fast sideloading and unloading of transport trailers carrying horizontally laying paper rolls. The combination enables also vertical roll handling on the storage areas.

With the use of the 800 mm forward extension, even smaller paper rolls can be lifted from one side of the trailer. The 90-degree forward tilt of the separate tilting device enables both horizontal and vertical roll handling.

If necessary, the clamp can also be operated without the extender and tilting device.
